Huawei B525 CPE is the successor of the Huawei B315, the most noticeable change is the 300 MBit / s twice as fast LTE modem (LTE Cat6). For connection to terminals, the Huawei B525 has four Gigabit LAN interfaces (RJ-45 type). And it also has an RJ-11 telephone interface on the back, which can be used for VoIP and mobile phone calls. In addition, WLAN ac is supported on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, while a maximum of 786 Mbps can be achieved. In order to improve mobile radio reception, two SMA-type connections are available behind a cover, where an external LTE antenna can be connected if required.
