UKThis is a featured page

Hi, I'm not sure if i should be posting this here or what... But anyway here is a guide to the UK's mobile broadband deals.

Orange - Currently do not sell PAYG Mobile Broadband

T-Mobile - Dongles around £20, or £45 ready to go with 3 months included. A real favourite as you don't get charged for exceeding the 2GB monthly fair use policy. £3 a day, £7.50 a week or £15 a month

Vodafone - Dongles around £30, £15 credit included. You must topup £15 each time to activate a month of broadband with a 3GB monthly allowance.

o2 - Dongles around £20. Very similar to T-Mobile, however payments can only be made by credit or debit card. FUP of 3GB per month

3 - Dongles around £25. £10 for 1GB that lasts for a month, £15 for 3GB also for a month. Can be bought on its own, or preloaded with 1, 3 or 12GB or usage included, lasting for up to 1,3, or 12 months.

In the UK you are charged for the amount of data you use, and not for the amount of time you are connected for. Anybody can buy a PAYG dongle without giving details, so its easy for visitors to get one. Most dongles are now made by ZTE, but if you look hard enough you will find an older one made by Huawei. Can be bought at many shops.
