Is it possible to upgrade this to a 7.2 (newbie on the block)

SierraWireless Siptune SM-215 HSPA+ modem
Hi!
I have a SierraWireless Sipture SM-215 HSPA+ mdoem.
It is supposed to support upto 21Mbps peak. However, in my testing,
I cannot force it to lock to UMTS900 band. Does anyone know what is the
AT command to force this datacard to lock on UMTS900 band?

Please help me to restore the modem after updating
firmware version 2.0.8.19, it is defined in system and restarted each 2-3 seconds. It is repeatedly updated
firmware version 2.0.8.19, but all the same it continues to be restarted. As far as I understand at it are damaged
Data in NVRAM. How it is possible to restore them?
Technical support sierra does not help as at me

Will Unlock US 3G Modem Work on the Updated Firmware Above?
Will the following firmware work or it will lock the Modem again:

Enable voice error on Vista solved
If the program gives and error when trying to enable voice in Windows Vista, do the following:
Right click on enablevoice.exe and select properties, then select the compatibility tab and check the box ' run this in compatibility mode' for windows XP service pack 2, then click 'Apply', then click 'OK'. Then simply run the program as normal. Job done.

... after a hard week with try and error finally a working driver for a Clevo M72SR with Vista Home Premium and Sierra MC8775 (HP hs2300 HSDPA Broadband Wireless Module)... I'm absolute happy!! Thank you very much!

Double cost of each SMS messages sent with Sierra Watcher for MC8775
Unfortunately I realized that when I send SMS text messages with the utility SMS
Express of Asus\ Sierra Watcher for 3.5G wireless module Sierra_MC8775 (Version
2258) the program always asks automatically the
Delivery confirmation so that each SMS costs twice as much.
In the options section of the program messages will not appear an entry "confirmation
of receipt" to disable as says the online guide. Perhaps the program has a bug. How
do I disable that function?
I tried with 2 Vodafone sim (32 and 64 k).
Same thing on Window Vista Bus and Windows 7 Pro.
