Dashboard updates may disable the TV port, which can be re-enabled by running the following AT-command:

DVB-T TV software
For Windows a TV application called "TotalMedia TV" (from Arcsoft) is included in the dashboard software ("Mobile Partner") linked above. Under Windows 7 you can also use the Windows Mediacenter (included i Win 7 Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate) for watching TV.
For MacOS there's no TV software supplied by Huawei, so you have to use generic DVB-T software like EyeTV.
